Congress Hotel South Beach at 1052 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida.

Don't stay here.. You will never get a ocean front room even if you book online and pay for that.. Smoke smell in the room.. poorly maintained kitchen... And the front desk person doesn't have any idea about the payment or availability of room.. While booking I paid for an ocean view one bedroom suite room through online.. The one I got was facing to the back side of the hotel.... I asked the front desk person and she just said ocean view is never guaranteed and she doesn't have any idea if they can give a discount as I already paid for an ocean view room... She asked me to call a number which was never reachable even after trying 2 days again and again..! They will never pick.. Very irresponsible people.. room had cigarette smell all over and cant say it was clean.. Kitchen had very few utensils and was poorly maintained.. I would never suggest it for a family stay.. They charged $50 as resort for one night stay ..!! thats after giving me the wrong room and did not get any receipt or details from front desk for it... so my advise... NEVER STAY HERE..!
